(TSXV - CMO) Mr. Brandon Rook, President and CEO, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Harvey Lim as the new CFO and Secretary of the Company, effective May 1, 2010. Mr. Harvey Lim holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is a member in good standing of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia. Mr. Lim currently serves as an officer of other public reporting companies. To accommodate this appointment, Mr. DeMare has resigned as CFO and Secretary and remains as a director of the Company.
