Darren Urquhart, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Urquhart is a Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years of experience working in both public practice and industry. Mr. Urquhart began his career working as an audit accountant with Grant Thornton LLP, then later worked as a senior tax accountant with Lohn Caulder Chartered Accountants and most recently served as a consultant to an international private equity company. Mr. Urquhart obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2001 and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia. In 1995, Mr. Urquhart obtained his B.A.Sc. Bruce Fair, Director Mr. Fair is President and a Director of Mench Capital Corp., a financial services and capital markets consulting company based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Mench has participated in and/or originated the formation of over $300M+ in private and public equity transactions. He is also a Senior Vice President, Western Canada, for CadoBancorp Ltd., with nationally syndicated financial products, a Director of both Maple Leaf 2011 Energy Income Limited Partnership & Maple Leaf 2012 Energy Income Limited Partnerships. Mr. Fair is currently a Director of Orsa Ventures Corp a mineral resource company with projects in junior exploration gold projects in Oregon and Nevada. He was also a former Director of Richfield Ventures Corp., a junior gold mining company in British Columbia which was acquired by New Gold Inc. through a plan of arrangement valued at approximately $550 million. |

Antonio Uribe, Director Mr. Uribe is a Colombian citizen, retired banker and entrepreneur. He has spent his professional career focused in Colombia and throughout Latin America. Mr. Uribe worked with Citibank Colombia from 1981 to 1990, guiding multinational companies in the country and retiring as vice-president. He left banking to start a private financial consulting group, Uribe Isaza & Cia Ltd., which operated successfully in the area of infrastructure development until 2006. He participated in the formation and development of Termoeléctrica de La Dorada S.A. and the ARCOS 1 Caribbean submarine cable. Most recently, his main focus has been in the Colombian mining sector where he has been an integral part of several major transactions. |

Liliana Alvarado, Head of Colombian Operations Ms. Alvarado has a Master's in Mineral Economics with emphasis on socio-economic impact assessment and environmental projects. She is a business administration management specialist with experience in planning, design and development of technical, economic, regulatory, environmental and infrastructure projects for the development of the Colombian mining sector. Most recently, Ms. Alvarado was Deputy Director of Ingeominas and Socio-Economic Analyst for Anglogold Ashanti. |

Dr. Alfredo Parra DÁVILA, Mining Consultant Dr. Parra has an extensive background in mining exploration and operations at a senior management level. He was employed by CIA Minera Penoles in roles ranging from Mine Production Superintendent to General Manager. After obtaining his MSc. and PhD in Mineral Economics in 1982 from the Colorado School of Mines, he returned for a brief period as General Manager for CIA Minera Penoles before taking on the position as Vice President of Kennecott. For the following seven years he assumed various executive positions in the mining industry including the role of President and CEO. Dr. Parra is a QP Member of the Mining and Metallurgical Society of America with special expertise in Mining. |

Kieran Downes, Consultant Mr. Downes has over 40 years diversified experience in gold, base metals, uranium and diamond exploration. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Geology from University College Galway (1971) and a Ph.D. in Geology from Dublin University (1974). He is a Registered Professional Geologist in British Columbia and Saskatchewan, and president of Tristia Ventures Corp., a company providing services in mineral exploration, property valuation and geochemistry. From 1992 to March 2011 Mr. Downes was President, CEO and QP for Golden Peaks Resources Ltd. a TSX listed junior exploration company with a focus on resource properties in Latin America.
